The Marriott Gold Card, and certificates issued as part of membership benefits, are transferable unless otherwise stated, and must be presented at all times to avail of benefits.
The Marriott Gold Card must be purchased from your country/city of residence. Proof of residence may be required prior to purchase.
The
complimentary portion of the member’s bill is determined by dividing
the total food bill by the number of persons dining together on
one table and subtracting the resulting amount from the original
bill. This translates to a 50% discount for two diners, 33% discount
for 3 diners, 25% discount for 4 diners and so on. Discount is
valid for the food portion only and does not cover beverages, surcharges,
taxes or gratuities. This is the basic discount formula and is
honoured by all Marriott International hotels participating in
the Gold Card program. There may be exceptions/variations to this
general rule – please see Local Program Benefits relevant to your
membership.
“Unlimited or scratch-free dining” is defined as the privilege to dine in restaurants, enjoying the Gold Card discount, as frequently as the member chooses.
Sixteen
visits is defined as the privilege to dine in restaurants, enjoying
the Gold Card discount, for a total number of 16 times within a
twelve-month period. Special discounts may be offered by some participating
hotels after the 16 visits are used up. See Local Program Benefits
relevant to your membership.
Regardless
of frequency of visits the Gold Card offers the member, restrictions
on its use may apply during special days, events, and other promotions
as determined by the participating hotel/s.
The Gold Card cannot be used in conjunction with food and beverage certificates that may be offered as part of membership benefits.
Special
room accommodation offers cannot be used in conjunction with other
special programs, conventions, special packages, weekend rates
and other discounted offers.
All
room accommodation offers are subject to availability and require
advance reservations made directly with the hotel. When making
reservations, please advise of your intention to use Marriott Gold
Card accommodation certificates to ensure you are booked under
the correct rate/s.
Gold Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen. Room certificates are non-commissionable, have no cash value and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
In cases of dispute, the participating hotel/s’ decision is final.
All of the above terms and conditions apply to all participating hotels. Additional conditions may be required by some hotels, specific to their services. These conditions are outlined under Local Program Benefits.
Marriott International reserves the right to change or
amend the list of participating hotels without prior notification.
